EA App Crashing Won't launch game

EA will not launch Madden, which initially I figured was my problem as I did install mods before starting the game and so I uninstalled and reinstalled the game from my pc. Then after installing I've been getting these dump crash reports and files. I submitted a report on the ea app and it gave me this support id 8c69d0a9-67d3-467d-93cb-d47c4f351ca0 yet i cannot submit it as ea has yet to recognize that my account has submitted a report. I did not expect trying to play madden would be this  frustrating. Would be cool if the game I bought on steam didn't need to also open another app to authenticate its license, but guess its just another awesome feature. Can anyone please actually help me?
