Ea app doesn’t show anything when launching

Summarize your bug The app doesn’t load anything so I can’t connect
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Double click on the ea app on desktop
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing shows up
What do you expect to see? The app working properly

I’m trying to open EA app to connect and play but the black page is the only thing that loads!

    Mine is so bad half the time I have to recover app twice, restart my computer a few times, uninstall the app and reinstall. Just give us Origin back. It worked a thousand times better and was user friendly.

    Yeah. I "get" to play the game I purchased by repairing, re-installing, and otherwise tweaking Eva's crap product by doing this multiple times a week. In fact, my game simply...starts maybe twice a week.

    I found something that works for me. If when you launch the app nothing happens Check the task manager for all EA programs. there is an EA task for (EA services) check the bottom of the task manager.

    Thank you so much this helped me out! This bug has been annoying me for months, used to have to restart my computer to sort it out.

    When I checked task manager there was a program running with "EA background" in the name while the app was closed. When I ended this task the launcher allowed me to open the EA app again, no restart needed!
