EA APP download BUG (no fix after help from tech)

I have tried downloading the "EA APP" many times so i can get my free version of BF6 because i purchased a PC with the BF6 bundle.... i have tried for a week now to download the app so that i can play BF6  tomorrow when it drops.

The error code is ....    INST-14-1618

I have tried many things including surfing the internet to find a solution, and here i am still with no luck.

Since then,
I have been in contact with a support tech for the last hour and have went through every rabbit hole trying to fix this issue, with the result being that it is a "bug" on EA's end. 

I was instructed to post here for "management review" while i wait for an email back for a resolution or fix to my issue.
