I too have this problem First the games dont appear in my Library for one. I have to clear the cache that many time its second nature. 2nd I have to exit the app and reload the app for the games to be visable. 3rd Once I select the game to download which ever one it is gets stuck in PREPARING and does not get passed this stage no matter how long I leave the app its just stuck I have Cancelled my EA Play Pro and will not be up grading to it no matter what the outcome is. EA is not worth the coding its made from. Origin was and is far better than the disfunctional EA APP.
