EA app error reporting and Friends List Doesn't Load

Hello,I’m experiencing persistent "Connection Failed" errors in the EA App, specifically affecting the Friends/Social feature and Error Reporting.I’ve tried the following without success:Different accounts (main and new test account)Different PC and laptopDifferent networks (home, mobile hotspot)Cleared EA App cacheDNS change (Google &amp; Cloudflare)VPN (US server, confirmed connected)Reinstalled the EA App completelyI'm in Puerto Rico, so I don't know if that helps.&nbsp;Also when I try to report an error it doesn't work.&nbsp;
