EA app error reporting and Friends List Doesn't Load

Hello,
I’m experiencing persistent "Connection Failed" errors in the EA App, specifically affecting the Friends/Social feature and Error Reporting.

I’ve tried the following without success:

Different accounts (main and new test account)
Different PC and laptop
Different networks (home, mobile hotspot)
Cleared EA App cache
DNS change (Google & Cloudflare)
VPN (US server, confirmed connected)
Reinstalled the EA App completely

I'm in Puerto Rico, so I don't know if that helps. 

Also when I try to report an error it doesn't work.
