3 years ago@normenbos10 Hey, see if the following steps work for you.
Pause the download
Close the EA App
Make sure that the App is not still running in the background
Open Task Manager
End the EABackgroundServices
Make sure you are not connected to any type of VPN
Delete Windows Temp Files
- First, make sure you close as many programs as you can
- Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
- Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
- Delete everything it allows you to delete
- Reboot the PC
Once logged back into Windows. right-click on the EA App and run as Admin. Go into the settings and run the App Recovery - Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery

Same problem . The fix didn’t work after following all steps.
