EA app is censoring literally EVERYTHING. Please help

I've been dealing with this for a couple days, I sent a report, no reply

    I sent a help ticket. The usual reply of someone will respond within 48 hours. I did get a replay. They said, "Do you still need help?" So yeah, I don't think they can fix it.
