EA App Keeps Crashing

Hi there, 

Just to clarify, the EA app does not launch when you try to play a game from the Xbox app or Steam? Have you tried running the EA app as admin, leaving it running in the background, then running the other platform launchers as admin as well and launching your game?

To close the EA app completely to then run as admin, you can click on the arrow at the bottom right of your taskbar and right click on the EA app then choose Exit. 

If you don't want the EA app to launch at start-up, you can disable it by following these steps:

1. Open the Start menu.
2. Type ‘msconfig’ in the search box and press Enter. This will bring up the System Configuration window.
3. Go to the Services tab.
4. Check the box to Hide all Microsoft Services, then select the Disable all button.
5. Go the Startup tab, then select Open Task Manager.
6. Once the list fully loads, right-click and choose Disable the desired program.
7. Close the Task Manager and go back to the System Configuration window.
8. Select OK to save your changes, then restart your computer.

EA_cuervoI have been having the same issue. I have tried, running as administrator, repairing the ea app, reinstalling the ea app, clearing system cache, uninstalling and deleting any leftover files (using revo and manually) then reinstalling. All these solutions have failed. I cant open the app directly, I can't open FC25 on steam (the ea app will not open to launch the game) and I can't generate an error or crash report as these crash immediately as well. I have noticed a lot of other people on these forums with the same issue, is there any other fix I can try?

No luck on my end either. Crashing on startup. Noticed that it auto suspends in Task Manager at launch too.
