Hi Darius_5847 ,
Thanks for the detailed report and for listing what you've already tried. You've already covered most of the usual EA app reset steps, so I don't want to send you through the same cache, reinstall, firewall, or login troubleshooting again.
One thing I do want to clarify is that the "logged in on another device" message, together with EC:10007, doesn't necessarily mean another device is actually using the account, and it doesn't by itself confirm a Steam/EA app session-sync bug.
What would be especially useful here is confirming what happens to the EA app at the exact moment you're disconnected. If Steam and the rest of your internet connection remain online, but the EA app itself switches to Offline Mode, that helps separate this from a normal FC match connection drop.
Please also temporarily disable any VPN software or virtual network adapters such as Hyper-V, VMware, VirtualBox, TAP adapters, or Hamachi if you have any installed. These can interfere with EA app communication even when they're not actively being used.
I'd also recommend checking that the Steam account you're launching FC 26 from is linked to the EA Account you're signing into through the EA app. Please don't unlink and relink Steam just as a troubleshooting step, as account linking has restrictions and can create additional issues.
You can check the account-linking guidance here:
https://help.ea.com/en/articles/ea-account/troubleshoot-ea-account-linking/
It would also be worth checking the affected matches in the EA Connection Quality Report:
https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/ea-connection-report/
That can help show whether there was significant ping, jitter, or packet loss around the time of the disconnect.
Since EC:10007 isn't currently listed in our public EA app error-code documentation, if this happens again, please submit an EA Error Report immediately afterwards and keep the Report ID:
https://help.ea.com/en/articles/technical-issues/ea-app-error-reporter/
When you reply, please include the Report ID, the approximate time and timezone of the disconnect, whether the EA app visibly switched to Offline Mode, whether Steam stayed online, and whether you're using Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
You can also check the current EA app and FC 26 service status here:
https://help.ea.com/en/server-status/
If the EA app itself is genuinely dropping offline while Steam and the rest of the PC remain connected, those details should give us a much clearer picture of where the connection is failing.
