Ea App Temporarily Lost connection
Whenever i launch the ea app it loads but then it gives me a message saying i have temporarily lost connection even though everything else on my device doesn't have connection issue and i am connected to the internet

still the same, day are gone but no interest by that company. We have paid for these games and services but are not able to use it - think it's getting to their law departement pretty soon.
Hey, I hope this helps.... I only get this issue whenever I usually switch routers.. I have a router that gives me low ping in game and the other gives me fast download speed so I always switch between and whenever I switch to the router with fast download speeds and then switch back, I would get that error. So what I do is to switch to the fast download speed router and log into EA normally and then switch routers while EA is open. This resolve that issue each time.
Good day! Is there any update regardingt he "Temporarily Lost Connection" issue of the EA desktop app? I'm using windows and I have a good internet connection and my firewall does not restrict the ea app. I just want to play TS4 and the EA APP has been giving me a headache.
What i do is disable every protection in my antivirus, turn off all of them don't even let a single one is active (I'm using Kaspersky). Just wait a few seconds and try to open the EA app again, now see if it working, I hope it helps
Okay so after receiving zero help from EA and refusing to give up. What worked for me is to disable all antivirus and firewall (I use Kaspersky). BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT PART: make sure that once you have disabled your private firewall (in my case, Kaspersky) that windows did not automatically enable windows firewall. TURN OFF WINDOWS FIRWALL FOR BOTH PRIVATE AND PUBLIC NETWORKS. May the force be with you.

Do you believe normal to disable you antivirus or Firewall to play? Do you believe it's normal that EA impose this useless EA, when Origin does the job very well since YEARS?
I recommand now all of you to contact a consumers association or the state fraud department as we paid for a service and get nothing in return. In US, you have also the class action.
