We understand you're frustrated, and nobody wants to spend more time dealing with the EA app than actually playing the game.
That said, if you want the community or us to help, we need a little more than "the app is terrible." 🙂 Please let us know what system you're using, your OS version, any error messages or codes you're seeing, and what troubleshooting you've already tried.
There may be a fix for what you're experiencing, but without those details, we're mostly just guessing. Share a bit more information, and we'll be happy to take a proper look.
