EA App Stopped Functioning in the Balkans (Serbia?)

Question

There are currently several topics where users (myself included) are complaining that the EA App suddenly stopped working. Two things are in common:

no known remedy helps
the users are all from the Balkan region (I think that most if not all are from Serbia)

Can someone check what is going on with that?!

Hi&nbsp;&nbsp;@EA_Leeuw,&nbsp;Thank you for the reply, I am not from or in Kosovo and unfortunately I could not find a solution in that thread (the last post there is "it's under investigation", so obviously...). Also, if I google "my location" it correctly shows me to be in Belgrade, so I don't see why I would be mis-located in Kosovo.

@Ivan1805  Alright. Could you please clarify what you mean by 'not working?' Does the client no longer boot, or is your library empty, or are you experiencing any other issues?
