EA blocking VPN providers?

Ever since the AWS outage last night I've not been able to get into the app/see my library. On a whim I tried relogging with my VPN off and that let me in without issue. I'd rather split tunnel and let the appropriate EA processes bypass VPN, but can't seem to figure out all the bits that need to be excluded.

Anyone know what processes are responsible for the login activity? I've tried manually excluding the executables in C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop one by one but after getting them all added the app still fails to let me login/get online. Every time I turn my VPN completely off and try again it works without issue, so I'm pretty positive this is a new block on EA's side that I'm dealing with.

My current VPN provider is Mullvad, if that matters.
