2023 and this is still a thing. i reloaded page several times but after a few minutes it gives an error that it's unable to connect to server. this is my first time installing this app and it only worked a few minutes before it imploded, so i'm not impressed. i also noticed in the brief amount of time it did work, that most my games were gone from my account. yall shoulda stuck with the Origin app. i never had a problem with Origin and this EA app is broken right out the box.
It eventually fixed itself a few days ago and my missing games are showing again too. so i guess the solution is to become so frustratingly exhausted with it, that you forget about it and it will mysteriously just start working again a week later. sad
