EA Help Website Support Submission Failure
Hello, I have submitted two tickets now to EA support but in my open cases there is no history of the ticket. It's been over a week since the first one was submitted and I did the same today.
I have not received any email confirmation either that the support ticket has been received nor any communication from EA regarding the issue.
I will be submitting a charge-back request shortly. If I do not hear back from EA on the matter.
