EA Staff (Retired)Hi @DavidC21112005 Can you try the following steps and let me know if this continues?
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Verify any Anti-virus, or other software is not limiting the client and game (try closing out of additional apps then trying to play)
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game
- @EA_Illium Still broken ☹️
