EA PLAY PRO stops me downloading any games.

Sorry to hear that you haven't been able to make any use of your subscription yet! Can you try clearing the EA app cache and let me know if that solves the issue?

I am afraid I have already done that as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my pc and logging out and back in again

That's all really good to know! Could you share a quick screenshot of what exactly you see when you're trying to install a game?

Could you also quickly log in here, just to triple check that your subscription is active?

Hmm, gotcha. Is it throwing you errors when you try to install a free game like Apex Legends as well? Or does that download ok?

I will try now as i was only trying games like f125 and college football 27 which are paid games. I will update you shortly

It doesnt let me download free games such as skate and apex legends

it also let me download games fine before i purchased ea play pro
