EC10005 and EC10015

I keep receiving these errors. The EA app is saying it cannot connect to servers. I have enabled EA connections in my firewall. I have tried uinstalling and re-installing the app. I have tried removing devices from my EA account. It is stuck in a loop of restarting and saying it cannot connect. I am not sure how to fix it. I am a mac user, I use Sequoia OS.
