Re: Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

So I bought the pack when it was on pre order I was excited to play it tonight first time going on it as I have been busy to get on it. so I needed to do an update on the sims 4 app then it needed another one o I did that. while that was downloading I found the fairy pack and started downloading that after. was all good downloaded fine. So I was ready play and the sims app needed updating again. it kept doing this about 6 times so I quit and re started the game. was doing the same so I repaired sims on manage and it was all good until it got to fairy pack come up with a drop down that I don't own the app. I do and when I click on the actual fairy pack it says I own it. but it is saying on the drop down that I don't have it and it will hold game in pause until I buy game. I ALREADY HAVE IT. I just want to play the new pack.

Does any one have any clue what is going on. I know sims has been having some issues since the update I just thought it was in the game not with the downloading of it.
