Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing. CM edit: edited title for clarity.

    Hey all,

    This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again. 

    If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!

I think I had a similar issue when I installed the pack, but it everything was in the game when I went in. However I continue to have issues with repairing the game as it gets stuck at the bonus digital content for Enchanted by Nature every time I try to repair, at which point I have to do an EA app recovery to stop the repair so that I can go into my game.

Just to clarify- you are seeing the extra content for this pack in your game? You should be seeing the Lofty Leaf Pond, Luminous Mycena Lantern, and Disguised Dwelling Fairy Home.

    Hi EA_Solaire​ yes, I am seeing the three extra items in my game. i.e. the Lofty Leaf Pond, Luminous Mycena Lantern and Disguised Dwelling Fairy Home, (though I had to search for the Lofty Leaf Pond as I couldn't find it in any categories).

    Yes, I finally got the ea app to display a "play" button and I was able to get back to my game with all the fairy extras. However, I tried doing a repair again just now and the same message came back up.

    I have all of my extra content and game is there, but it tells me I cant repair the game because I dont own it.
