Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing. CM edit: edited title for clarity.

    Hey all,

    This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again. 

    If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!

I do in fact own the new pack, just bought it this morning. My photos are all black in my game so I was tyring to repair to fix, but now I can't repair because it says I don't own the newest pack. Please fix asap this is ridiculous.

I own the pack but the world was a blank white screen. I did a repair and got the same message as you. It paused the repair saying I don't own the pack. I sent in a ticket.

    How did you send a ticket in if you do'nt mind me asking?

      In the EA app click on the three bars on the top left. A menu pops down giving you the option to create a ticket. If it helps, I found when I took out TwistedMexis TOOL mod it worked ok.
