This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again.
If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please let us know!
I just wanted to add that while the message shows that the repair is stuck on the Fairy Garden digital content, when I go in and cancel the repair of that (vs clearing the EA cache) and let it continue repairing everything else, the Enchanted by Nature pack is not included in the list of packs repaired either and the message re not owning the content actually comes up twice.

For me, both the expansion and the bonus Garden Fairy Digital Content are listed properly in Manage Add-Ons; each are listed one time as expected.
Nonetheless, if I try to Repair the game, I am met with the "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted" Error twice; click OK on the first error popup, then it pops up again so to get rid of it I have to click OK again.
*The Repair process is choking/stalling/pausing when it gets to the Fairy Garden Digital Content file.
