    @EA_Jason and @EA_Aljo I managed to solve my problem uninstalling the game, changing the EA Desktop to English and reinstalling the game with the same language of the EA Desktop App. Thanks for the patience and your support.

Did you check the in-game sound settings to see if they were set to 5.1 or Stereo?

@EA_Jason Yes, I already checked and it's set to stereo.
