Game is gone after buying and downloading

Hello everyone, Some days ago I bought myself a Key for F1 23 Champions Edition for Pre Order. As I realized I couldnt play that moment I downloaded the game. And waited for the 16.06.23 to arriv...

    I don't have any other details currently. This issue is still being investigated, but we can't provide help with codes from CDKeys.

@EA_Aljo Ok thank you very much for the quick help.
So to make it clear the mistake is that something is wrong with the Code and the Issue is not connected to an issue with the EA in any way.

    Is there any more news on this as I spent over 70 pounds on the game and now I can’t play it!

        @EA_Aljo Not sure it is but fair enough, I’d of hoped that one of the worlds biggest game publishers could solve what seems to be a relatively small issue but evidently not
