Game is gone after buying and downloading

Hello everyone, Some days ago I bought myself a Key for F1 23 Champions Edition for Pre Order. As I realized I couldnt play that moment I downloaded the game. And waited for the 16.06.23 to arriv...

    I don't have any other details currently. This issue is still being investigated, but we can't provide help with codes from CDKeys.

Is there a fix to this issue as I started downloading the game meaning the code was good but now it is gone. On the Ea website it acknowledges that I own the game but cannot find it on the app.

Try clearing the EA App cache with the instructions here. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

    Unfortunately still got the issue of the game not appearing. I tried clearing cache because the app wasn't downloading the game and that's how it disappeared in the first place but hasn't reverted the problem.
