"Game License Invalid" For 3 months?? NO SOLUTION

Where to begin (: 3 months ago, I updated my game. When I tried to launch my game- I couldn't, it said "Game license Invalid".  I have talked to nearly 20 EA advisors and still no solution... Sims i...

I'm having this problem, too. I haven't been able to play since June. I've done all the same things, except been able to speak to anyone from EA. My emails have gone ignored. I don't know what else to do. I've spent so much money on this game and now its literally unplayable.
