Game not being redeemed

I recently tried to redeem a code on the EA app but it sent me a weird message (I didn't manage to screenshot it) it said something along the lines of "you can't download this game as it's not present on you game hub" I clicked "ok" on the message twice, and that was it, I still didn't get the game and now if I try to redeem it it says it's already been redeemed. What can I do?
