Games not transferred after merging

I merged libraries yesterday. My old EA account is terminated and old games should've been transfered to my current account. But there are not showing up in my library. EA advisor (from help) says that she sees in them in my current account (but as I said I cant see them in my library in desktop app and there is no way of seeing them online, only in library).

    I installed EA app on another PC. Games showed up. Problem was in App Recovery utility which is still crashes and consequently can't be used to clear cache (since my cash was clear on this laptop my transferred games showed up). But App recovery utility still crashes on launch. Maybe other people could find this helpful.

    And EA should fix the EA App recovery utility

    I miss only games from my old account (which was terminated during merging process). I've tried to clear cache but EA app/utility kept crashing (reinstalling EA app didn't helped, restarting also wasn't fruitfull)

    If your games did not successfully transfer over to the new account, we'll need the live support team to review this a bit further and see what's happened with your account merge- here on AHQ we wouldn't have access to your account details to investigate into this with you.

    EA Advisors from live support claim that my games are successfully transfered and referred me to post my issue here. If they are right it is problem with a EA desktop app (because I cannot see them in my library but they are seeing those games as transferred).

    Is there a way for me to download older versions of EA app (or maybe even origin app if it is not deprecated) to test the if the problem is with last version of the EA app

    I'm having the same problem. Merged my two accounts yesterday and now the contents of the old one (Sims 3 with some DLC) won't show up in the EA app. It does show up as owned content on the EA Help homepage and in the Origin library when I log into Origin on a family member's MacBook. Customer service has suggested everything between logging out and back in, reinstalling, clearing cache, clean booting my PC, etc. I have now basically been told to wait and see, so it seems like they've run out of possible fixes, which feels... not great, but at least I know the game is on my account so if nothing else I'll have to hope it shows up when I buy a new laptop later this year.

    Have your games showed up of their own accord after your last post, or is the issue persisting?

    @XylkerTheron 

    If your content hasn't all been transferred over to your new account after your merge, live support will need to look into this again with you to and get those remaining games moved over. 

    Please reach back out to live support from the help site here so they can check your game entitlements on both accounts and be sure everything has been properly transferred.

    @Moonray911 I have the exact same problem but I do not have another pc...what can i do in this case?
