Nope, got ghosted after sending my Report ID and the problem is still there. Lots of people have the same problem and just cant get in touch with the Support team.. i have really no idea how EA runs a company like that.. sells will go down especially with their new BF title coming out
@Vsbby i think about buying some of those games on steam which has not a slightest problems with support and with running their games XD

problem with buying them on steam is that they still use the EAApp wich is super annoying
