Having trouble contacting support about game issues!

Case #213974487 - Cannot 'resume' my case on EA Help! Cannot see any way to speak to an advisor and increasingly frustrated!
I was having trouble starting the sims 4 on the EA app, then I was having trouble starting the EA App, I was being told to restart, so I did, several times. I also cleared the cache. I tried to repair my sims game, however, steam would not open or verify that I was not a robot. I decided to uninstall the game because I was having many issues over the past few weeks. When I went to install the game I got an error stating that I did not own the game so the install was cancelled. I do own the game.. I have owned and played this game since 2017 and it is in my games library. How could I have played nearly 300 hours on this device without owning the game?? I then deleted and re-installed the EA app only to be met with the same EA app issues and the same sims 4 download error. I would like to play my game please!

    Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues launching your game and resuming your case on EA Help.

In relation to contacting EA Help, if you're unable to resume your case, please try creating a new case as explained here: How to get help with your EA Account.

Regarding the problems downloading the game, if you used to Steam to play it before, please try downloading and launching it directly from Steam and make sure you're logged in to the EA account that's connected to your Steam account. You can check the Connected Accounts tab in your EA Account settings to be sure you're connected to the right account.

    I hope this helps.
