my account will not open  I've not been on the app in a month and now I've not been able to log in please help

    What exactly is the error message?

    But when you log in here with the account or into your account portal, you're not experiencing any issues?

    Have you tried doing an app recovery for the EA app?

so you're unable to log into the EA app with your EA account? Is it the same account that you're currently using here in the forum?

What is the error message you're getting, when you try to log in?
