How do I register past purchases from Origin in EA Play app?

To be frank, let me start by saying how pissed I am that I was forced into downloading a new app and automatically having Origin uninstalled at the same time as if it would actually be a seamless process as implied. Now that that's out of the way, I located several receipts regarding my prior Sims 3 expansion packs and Sims 4 purchases in Origin in my email however most of those did not make it over to the new EA Play app. Is there a way I can simply enter in the confirmation codes from those receipts in EA Play somewhere because I'm not purchasing all of this again. I can't seem to find where I can enter that in so I'm hoping someone on here can help. Thanks!

    If these purchases were made directly through Origin, they would have transferred over to the EA app as long as you were logging into the EA app with the same login details that you used for Origin. If you're not seeing this content in the EA app, it sounds like you may have 2 different EA account, and those previous purchases are on a separate account. 

    If your DLC and games are split between 2 different accounts, the live support team can look into merging these 2 accounts together for you- this isn't something we can look into over the forums since we don't have access to your specific account details. Please reach out to live support from the help site here, or you can contact in via Twitter or Facebook as well for further help on this. If you run into any issues getting in touch with the teams there, be sure to let me know.

  • I can not access any of my Origin content on the EA app - its completely gone. I don't understand how this is possible. 

    I've tried to file cases, even tried to get live chat and they don't show up on my cases!!!!
