Hey everyone,
There are some updates being pushed through the EA App. With this one, can you make sure you run through the following real quick? Should only take a couple of minutes to do.
If you are using Steam, Repair any games you are launching here first.
EA App
EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
If the game is in the EA App and not Steam, repair and update your game
Close the EA App
Close as many programs as you can that you have open on your PC.
Delete Windows Temp Files
- Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
- Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
- Delete everything it allows you to delete
- Reboot the PC
If you have no updates to the app(s) or games after this, try to launch the game(s) again.
I JUST FIXED IT.
1. YOU NEED TO RUN EA APP UPDATER, IN THE EA FOLDER. ( ON WIN 10 CLICK ON WINDOWS SYMBOL IT WILL BRING THE LIST OF PROGRAMS AND OPEN EA FOLDER INSIDE IS THE UPDATER)
2. THEN SIGN IN.
