Hello
facing the same issue that everyone here...
I've done all the test, uninstall/reinstall, update driver, SFC scan, lighting candles and burning incense... but nothing change... everytime the EC:10000 error...

Tested Flush DNS just now, still the same.
Host FIle is all good, DNS are changed too
About "Change TCP/IP Settings"Should i try with DHCP or Manual ?

I'm having this issue as well. Error EC 10000. I have tried all of these "troubleshooting" suggestions, and nothing has helped. I just want to be able to play my game and DLC that I've PAID for. So frustrated.

Guys!!! I figured it out!! Go to settings, go to network & internet, go to windows firewall at the bottom, click restore firewalls to default. Then I just made sure to open the EA app as the administator and everything worked!

i just updated my windows antivirus and it worked. check if you have a update

guys try hotspot i tried everything also and hotspot atleast got me to play again i hope this helps!
