I am getting this error when trying to load Jedi Survivor on my Steam Deck. I've just about 100%'d the game at this point and haven't had this issue. Heck I didn't have this issue in the morning of this day, then suddenly when I tried to load the game in the afternoon, I keep getting this error. So, how do I report all the information you need when I'm playing the game on the Steam Deck? I'd love to figure out how to get passed this. Thanks.

Same problem here. All the solutions so far have failed. From the new user making a new account to changing DNS nothing has worked. The app was working and then I was logged out and not I'm completely locked out of the app. I don't think the problem is on my computer as I have no network errors with any other program. Any other solutions would be appreciated.

I ran the task manager (ctrl-alt-del then task manager), sorted the table by name clicking on the top line and I terminated any programme with ea in its name (I had two EA and EA Background Service).
After, I launched EA and everything was fine

Maybe it is totally unrelated, but I have had problems with this since I was forced to use this awfull application.
Restaring my computer multiple times sometimes helped.
But now I don't have this problem anymore. All I changed is disable "Fast Startup" in Windows 10 for an unrelated reason.
After that, I haven't had this problem occur once this week. Maybe something to use when troubleshooting.
