I cannr claim my prize

when I complete 8 daily activities and  click the claim button to try to get the 10 diamonds, the sunflower loading pattern appears and then nothing happens. The claim button is still there and the diamonds are still not to be claimed. It happens many times and I’m so tired of it…at least 100 diamonds were failed to be claimed. Please fix this bug…..
