I redeemed a code but didn*t gave me the game

So I bought a digital key for Titanfall 2 deluxe edition and Batlefield 1 revolution edition, but when I entered the code it didn't gave me the games and then when I try again it says that this code has already been reedem. Please help me.

I also contacted EA help but they didn*t helped me.

OMG, i just came back home and i saw that i had the games and i can install them. I want to thank you for all and I hope you will be promoted.

Sometimes it can take a little minute before the EA app properly syncs up, but to speed that along, can you try clearing your EA app cache via the steps in this article?

It's often a good first step in cases like this.

I tried to clean my cache but still didn*t work.

Oh, really? Welcome, fellow wanderer. We are quite many that have contacted EA "help" about various issues, and not have received any help despite their own naming.

@emu3636 Good. :-) Nice to see that some get this working, at least. My games are still gone, unfortunately. And there is precious little help to get from EA "help".
