If this is about Battlefield 3, then it could be working as intended. The game isn't available for download/purchase in certain regions. 

The issues with A Way Out and Dragon Age Inquisition have been fixed and should no longer happen.

@EA_Jason I have the same region problem about Need For Speed Payback. I'm living in Turkey and I have access to game through Xbox Game Pass, I can see the game (and download button) on Xbox but it says "Unavailable in your region" in EA Desktop. I think this is a bug rather than an actual region problem.
