Invalid game license

Can anyone tell me what's going on with the EA app. I've been getting this invalid license message for some time now. I've tried everything, including buying the latest game. nothing helps. 

I've cleared the cache as stated but nothing works. PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE!!!!!!!
