[INVESTIGATION] Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024) - Non-Temporary

Battlefield 1, Battlefield 4, Battlefield Hardline, Battlefield V, C&C Remastered Collection, Battlefield 2042, MOH Airborne and NFS Payback and all these games add-ons were removed from my account basically saying I don't "own" these games because my "EA membership" expired which in fact I didn't have an EA membership and I do own these games because I bought them and I wasn't aware of this until yesterday so I'm really annoyed and need help please and thank you.

I am also having this issue except with The Sims 4 Deluxe Edition. There are 4 games in my library, but nothing is playable and none of the game icons are appearing.
