Issue with cloud sync, repair and launch game errors

No matter the game I play, either be Dragon Age Inquisition or Battlefield 2042, I am unable to synchronize the game to the cloud after closing it. I receive the same message everytime. I also receiv...

I have attached the screenshot showing the repair error and the cloud sync error (can only attach 3 files in the main post).
