Locked Out of My Sims 4 Account After EA Switch.

I’m struggling with an issue and I’m honestly not sure what to do. My old Sims 4 account was originally connected to an email that ended up getting deleted. Back when everything was still under Origin, it wasn’t a problem because I stayed logged in and never had to verify anything. But once Origin switched over to EA, I could no longer access the account at all because the email on file no longer exists.

The account has several packs on it, and I really don’t want to have to rebuy everything, especially since I already paid for it years ago. The problem is that the account was created such a long time ago that I don’t remember all the information EA Support usually asks for when verifying ownership. Because of that, I’m stuck in this weird spot where I can’t get into my account, but I also can’t easily prove it’s mine.

I’m just not sure what the best next step is, and it’s been frustrating not being able to play since the switch happened. I’d appreciate any ideas or advice from anyone who’s dealt with something similar.
