Lost Access to FC26 Standard Edition License

Subject: Lost Access to FC26 Standard Edition License

 

Dear EA Support,

 

My EA Account email: [edit: email address removed]

I've lost access to my FC26 Standard Edition license after a quick initialization.

I downloaded the game from my library, but it shows FC26 Showcase instead.

Error messages: can’t download something went wrong.

 

Can you help restore my Standard Edition license?

    I'm afraid we're unable to directly help with your request here on the forums, as we can't support account-related issues. Please try the following troubleshooting step first: 

    • Restore your PlayStation console license: On your console, go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Others > Restore Licenses
      This page has more detailed steps that you can refer to. 

    It might be worth checking whether you're currently signed in to the account you used to buy the game on. You can do so by taking a look at your order history and locating the purchase. If you can't find it, try signing in with a different account or log-in method, then check again. 

    Let us know if you're still facing the same error after restoring your license. If you are, please also let us know:

    • Where did you purchase the game
    • Did you buy the game through an EA Play or PlayStation subscription
