Is your game library completely empty, or are you missing only a few of your games since moving over to the EA App?

I am missing all of my games since I updated to the EA App. How can I get them back?

The origin online profile is down so you cant see your games.

  We were seeing some issues with the EA App earlier today, but that should now be resolved. Please clear the cache for the app following the steps here.
  
  If your game library is still showing as empty after you've tried that, please let me know!

    @EA_Solaire My game library shows all my games but after installing the ea app my origin download/install folder was deleted. so now i have to redownload my games
