We were seeing some issues with the EA App earlier today, but that should now be resolved. Please clear the cache for the app following the steps here.
If your game library is still showing as empty after you've tried that, please let me know!
- @EA_Solaire My game library shows all my games but after installing the ea app my origin download/install folder was deleted. so now i have to redownload my games
anything for me to do? i still have my game library but cant access that one game.

I lost my Sim ctitys Cityies of Tomorrow Add on now i cant keep playing on all my saves.
I tried the to reset the cache but that didnt help
