Mass Effect Legendary Edition: An Incompatible Version Is Installed

For the past few days, I have been trying to play Mass Effect Legendary Edition through Steam. Every time I try to launch the game, the EA App opens and gives me the error message "Couldn't launch Ma...

I followed all of the steps. Also uninstalled both EA and ME with the Revo Uninstaller. 

Guess I'll have to reach out to support.
