ME:LE download stuck on preparing at 14%

After a few minutes, it throws out the "There is a problem with your download" error. I bought it through the EA App itself, no EA Play or other programs involved. I've already gone through all the troubleshooting like uninstalling/reinstalling the EA App, clearing my cache, ending the background services, running as administrator, etc. I even chatted with customer support but they sent me here to the forums to fill out a bug report. ME:LE is the only game I'm having this problem with, and I'm having it on two different PCs running Windows 10 and 11, so I'm stumped on what steps to take next. Any help?
