Missing Battlefield 6 in library

I am creating this forum post under "EA app Technical Issues & Bugs" but if it should be created somewhere else, please do let me know.

TLDR:
I've bought Battlefield 6 via the EA app and have been playing it for a bit now. Since my old PC was lacking I've decided to get a new PC after 7 years...

However, after installing the EA app on my new PC and trying to install Battlefield 6 I noticed it was completely missing from my library.
I even took the time to boot up my old PC to only find out it was completely missing there as well...

Hence I contacted support via the following case:
#248623898

After several restarts, cache clears and relogs the game still didn't appear in my library and unfortunately customer support stated it might be a bug. They definitely wanted that this would be looked into and further notices would go via the game updates or socials pages from EA... 
Funny, since I do not have access to the game anymore.

I am very sure that I am on the right EA account, since I can see the purchase history which matches up with my bank transactions. 

Thus creating this forum ticket in the hopes somebody can help me further...

    Thanks for the detailed post. I understand how frustrating it is to buy Battlefield 6, play it, and then suddenly not see it in your EA app library after moving to a new PC.

    That said, issues with missing purchases, entitlements, order history, and account access can’t be investigated or resolved in public forums. We’re not able to verify account ownership, review purchases, or check support case details here.

    Since you can still see the matching purchase history on your EA Account and you’ve already tried restarting, clearing the EA app cache, and logging back in, the best next step is to continue with EA Help through your existing case and ask them to review the entitlement/order on the account.

    I'll leave the thread here as guidance, but this will need to be handled through EA Help rather than the forums.

    Thanks for replying.

    I have already contacted EA Help and the help ends with:
    "Your report has been logged for investigation. If this is identified as a known issue, updates may be shared in-game and through our official social channels."

    I have proof of purchase for a game that "magically" disappeared from my library..
