Missing Battlefield 6 in library

Thanks for the detailed post. I understand how frustrating it is to buy Battlefield 6, play it, and then suddenly not see it in your EA app library after moving to a new PC.
That said, issues with missing purchases, entitlements, order history, and account access can’t be investigated or resolved in public forums. We’re not able to verify account ownership, review purchases, or check support case details here.
Since you can still see the matching purchase history on your EA Account and you’ve already tried restarting, clearing the EA app cache, and logging back in, the best next step is to continue with EA Help through your existing case and ask them to review the entitlement/order on the account.
I'll leave the thread here as guidance, but this will need to be handled through EA Help rather than the forums.
