Missing DLC after redeeming code

Hello everyone,

I come for your help with a rather inconvenient problem.

So today i bought to EA store keys, one for each of the SPORE addons, at first both seemed fine, but when i went to download them the Galactic Adventures one was missing, i tried to input the code again but it said that it was already redeemed. Since then, and with the help of customer support, i reinstalled the app, cleared the cashe and nothing. They verified that it is on my account, i just can't acces it through the app, which is strange. Does anybody know anything else i can try?
